Oatey’s Lead-Free Silver Solder Wire is good for soldering copper pipes and fittings together with its wide melting range of 415° – 455°F. The Lead-Free Tinning Flux spreads evenly on the piping with its smooth, non-runny formula and has excellent wetting characteristics that facilitate solder flow for exceptional bonding. Both are safe to use in potable water applications and can be used for plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler and other systems.
